TINCKNELL MAINTAINS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP LEAD AFTER RECOVERY DRIVE IN BELGIUM

Devon driver in contention for back to back wins until fuel pressure issue at the first pit stop cost the #67 car vital seconds. Harry and the Ford Chip Ganassi Racing Team battled back from 8th to take 4th place at the finish. Harry Tincknell fought back from an early issue to score vital World Championship points at Spa Francorchamps to maintain his lead in the title race. In front of a packed crowd of 61,000, Tincknell started his Ford GT from third on the grid, after a solid qualifying session alongside team mate Andy Priaulx.
